Customer Support through Phone, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Good Computer Skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm appointment booking through multiple channels
∎ Provide excellent client service to enhance clients experience
∎ Need to provide excellent client service and gives precise information to the client, ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), Instagram, email & web chat skype and any desk software.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow-up process & updating documentation.
∎ Report time to time to the manager for complicated issues.
∎ Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target
∎ Developed competencies required for service-oriented and result focus
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ Must be fluent in English communication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 19 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Verbal Communication Skills in English
∎ Experienced in Major Social Media Platforms, sales knowledge is very important
∎ Self-Motivated
∎ Creative & Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Hardworking & Also preferred someone around live in Banani, Gulshan, Baridhara, Bashundhara, Khilkhet, Uttara, Mirpur, Tejgaon, Farmgate, Banashree, Badda
Salary: Negotiable
