∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, call center training, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, CRM (Hubspot Preferably)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HR team to recruit telemarketing agents
∎ Provide training, grooming and mentoring
∎ Manage rosters to ensure enough number of agents available for the shift
∎ Prepare resources and make sure all equipment's are functioning and ready
∎ Team management
∎ Ensure all members are achieving their KPI
∎ Attention to details
∎ You must have intermediate level computer skill
∎ To be selected for this role, you must have previous experience working in a international call center campaign

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary depends on previous experience
