∎ The role of the SCM Team Lead within the Customer Experience organization is to lead, guide and shape a team of SCM Customer Experience Agents. As SCM Team Lead, you would be responsible for the overall performance of the team and the resulting customer outcomes. Has responsibility for all customer service activities within assigned scope in SCM.
∎ We're looking for an experienced leader who can lead the team through business transformations while never losing sight of the customer experience
∎ Key responsibilities:
∎ - Develops a professional and customer-focused team through role modelling, leadership and coaching
∎ - Leading through business change with a customer centric mindset.
∎ - Develop and maintain relationships with customers by taking full ownership of customer experience.
∎ - Ensuring operational excellence to deliver on customer driven KPIs.
∎ - High engagement level ensuring an open and trustworthy communication in the team.
∎ - Adopting a lean, continuous improvement mindset towards process improvements and system implementations.
∎ - Provides support to global and local initiatives and projects
∎ - Work with the KAMs/ Commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
∎ - Attends regular or ad-hoc joint sales calls with sales teams to provide better service to customers
∎ CAPABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
∎ - Passionate about international logistics and supply chain, with strong understanding of key bottlenecks and how to alleviate operational challenges.
∎ - Customer centric owner's mindset, taking ownership of improving customer experience.
∎ - Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally, with customers and with vendors.
∎ - Strong track record in business and people leadership. Having experience in managing team of 4+ people.
∎ - Standardization & continuous improvement mindset, preferably in context of supply chain processes.
∎ - Good communication skills & analytical skill
