∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Telecommunication Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary support / guidelines to the team members to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all calls.
∎ Supervise the activities and work volume of Customer Service Associates in order to provide optimal service delivery.
∎ Consistently monitor the Associate level and liaise with management regarding any adjustments required.
∎ Error-free reporting to the management.
∎ Follow up with the concerned regarding any customer query and ensure proper feedback to the respective customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The candidate should have a good grip on English communication
∎ Good reporting and analysis capability
∎ willing to work in different shifts
∎ Proactive and Can-do attitude

Salary: Negotiable
