Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, plan and organize in-house outbound call center
∎ Ensure meeting of K1 (lead) revenue target
∎ Coordinate with all stakeholders to accomplish set target
∎ Ensure maximum output from all team members through motivation and mentoring
∎ Prepare periodic report and assignments
∎ Responsible for profitability of respective business unit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ 3-4 years of experience in out bound with at least one year experience in supervisory role
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)
∎ Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)-Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm

Salary: Negotiable
