Job Context:
∎ STEMON is a Programming and Robotics School for Kids (STEMON Bangladesh).
∎ We are looking for an experienced inside sales leader to manage our inside sales team and ensure to maximize the business outcome from the team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for increase the Admission of STEMON
∎ Lead the inside sales team and achieve team KPI
∎ Educating inside sales team members on effectively answering common customer questions.
∎ Call potential lead and find the sales in proper way.
∎ Collaborating with the Marketing member to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
∎ Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
∎ Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team.
∎ Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
∎ Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
∎ Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.
∎ Provide new ideas and implement to achieve sales target.
∎ Collaborating effectively and professionally with the teachers and the operational teams to prevent the possible drop out and unnecessary claims from the guardians.
∎ To maintain and operate the student's management system time to time for the smooth data connection and status sharing among internal and outside stakeholders.
∎ Suggest continuously to the management about the effective new ways ,methods, tools or platforms to make improvements in the sales result.
∎ Behaving professionally enough, creates good trust and effective chemistry or synergy among the project team to maximum the outcome of the STEMON Project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
