  Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing lesson plan as per curriculum.

• Maintaining enjoyable classroom environment.

• Preparing, co-operating and evaluating class test, quiz and term exams. Monitoring the progress of the student to counsel them and assisting them to improve.

• Ensuring active participation of students in the class.

• Must have the ability to speak clearly to students, other teachers, guardians and administration officials.

• Teachers have to find ways to involve students into their lessons in creative ways.

• Maintaining proper discipline in the classroom.
