Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Networking, System Engineer (Computer Network System)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the entire functions of IT department, including infrastructure and applications.
∎ Install, Configure and maintain VMware platform, Windows and Linux operating systems and system software, and backup and recovery, system monitoring, disaster recovery, security, audit, capacity, and tool support. Additional responsibilities include Database Administration, & Network Security.
∎ Network Infrastructure Design and Development, LAN CISCO (VLAN, OSPF, Firewall, RIP, EIGRP) configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Experience in a mid-to-large environment of Active Directory management and related services (group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
∎ Knowledge in IT Service Delivery, Project Management, System Security and Knowledge Management. Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards.
∎ Monitor/analyze system performance and security, and provide & implement recommendations to make improvements as necessary.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Recommends solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
∎ Capable of diagnosing system hardware issues and software failures, communicates the remediation plans to users, and provide status updates.
∎ Prepare and Support development platform for application development teams.
∎ Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
∎ Stay up to date on security risks and ensure proper corporate security.
∎ The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
∎ Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English. Regularly communicate with clients.
∎ Contacting OEM/vendor for technical support.
∎ Be available for on-call / on-site support as needed.
∎ Any task assigned by Supervisor.
