Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc./B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5s Management, 6S Management, Kaizen, LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis and determination of production capacity and bottleneck of production line/manufacturing processes based on WORK STUDY methods and ensuring maximum production output.
∎ Determination of SAM/SMV and hourly production target for each product and all models of that product.
∎ Monthly determination of the optimum amount of MP required, justification and recommendation of required manpower from each section.
∎ Ensuring proper assembly line balancing by proper MP and Workload balancing of production lines to meet up the maximum production demand with minimum consumption of resources.
∎ Ensuring the best possible utilization of 4M (Man, Machine, Material and Method).
∎ Determination and maximizing production line Efficiency and OEE.
∎ Identification of the causes of all NPT and thrive to eliminate them by coordinating with responsible sections.
∎ Generation of ideas for improvement and Cost Saving Projects. Coordination with all required sections for sustainable execution of the projects.
∎ Continuous Improvement by implementing and sustaining LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods (6S and Visual Management, KAIZEN, SMED, POKA-YOKE, PROBLEM SOLVING, DMAIC etc.).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in IE is preferable.
∎ Must have experience on Industrial System Development.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, leadership qualities and practical approach to engineering problems.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on latest process & product technology.
∎ Should be capable of understanding about AI Platform.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
