∎ M.Sc./B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization, Electronics item production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Design, Process Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of new project work.
∎ Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
∎ All Kinds of Mechanical Process development related task.
∎ OEE, OPE, KAIZEN implementation & different kinds of data & feasibility analysis.
∎ Monitoring & Implementing upgrade process.
∎ Ensuring maximum utilization of Man, Machine, Materials.
∎ Evaluate existing processes & develop the process to ensure higher quality & efficiency.
∎ Any others Task given by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Having Experience in Production, Process Development & Design Knowledge will get preference.
∎ Experience in IE is preferable.
∎ Basic design knowledge on Solidworks, AutoCAD and other CAD software is required.
∎ Must have experience on Industrial System Development.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, leadership qualities and practical approach to engineering problems.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on latest process & product technology.
∎ Should be capable of understanding about AI Platform.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
