AutoCAD, Surveyor

Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
∎ Calculation of level for earth / sand filling
∎ Provide building layout, pile point layout, roof leveling etc.
∎ Prepare and maintenance of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have expertise to operate the total station, theodolite and level machine.
∎ Have a readable capacity of land related documents and knowing Autocad software.
∎ Should have patience to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication, interpersonal and liaison skills are mandatory.
