Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform detailed field measurements and surveys to establish legal boundaries.
∎ Measure distances, angles, and elevations using specialized surveying instruments.
∎ Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
∎ Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ Interpret and verify survey results to ensure they meet legal and regulatory standards.
∎ Prepare plots, maps, and reports based on survey data.
∎ Document all aspects of the survey, including methods used, data collected, and results obtained.
∎ Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS), CAD software, and other technology to assist in surveying and mapping tasks.
∎ Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and drones.
