Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Digital Survey with Digital Instruments like Total Station.
∎ Preparation of BOQ.
∎ Preparation of rate analysis.
∎ Estimation & Costing of construction projects in Auto CAD & Microsoft Excel.
∎ Tender Pricing.
∎ Contract Administration
∎ Preparation of building layout and bar bending schedule
∎ Verification of subcontractors bills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who are self-driven & motivated; able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidate must be expert in operating digital survey devices like Total Station etc.
∎ Fluency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office and Excel.
∎ Ability to liaise with suppliers and obtain competitive pricing and prepare rate analysis.
∎ Excellent PR skills with Clients'/ Consultants' representatives.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
∎ Experience of cost estimation (BOQ) in any Construction Company will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Must be flexible with working extended hours following project requirements.
∎ Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibilities smoothly.
∎ Professional behavior, honesty & Integrity is highly expected.
∎ Energetic, hard worker having capability to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Any other engineering tasks assigned by the top management.
∎ Commitment to continue for at least 2 years.
