Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree from any recognized University (Higher degree/training in land survey will be an added advantage)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
∎ Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
∎ Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.
∎ Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
∎ Build maps, sketches, and charts.
∎ Calculating the measurements of sites.
∎ Recording results of surveys.
∎ Supervise and provide guidance to field staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 3-5 years' work experience in relevant field.
∎ Knowledge on land allocation process.
∎ Proper Knowledge on CS, RS & BS Design.
∎ Excellent analytical & mathematical skill.
∎ Be thorough & pay attention to details.
∎ Good computer proficiency including MS office packages.
