∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering / Survey Engineering from reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2D3D design, AUTO CAD, Civil Construction works, Digital survey, Surveyor, Topographic survey Contour survey
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in Topographic survey & Contour survey
∎ Volume calculation
∎ Sound knowledge in drawing media like as Auto CAD, design 2D/3D.
∎ Must have Expertise to prepared survey report.
∎ Proper land measurement and provide actual information to the Management.
∎ Collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with proper market survey.
∎ Checking all types of land measuring documents.
∎ Communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting with the Management.
∎ Provide assistance to the superior when & where required.
∎ Able to maintain and develop strong relationship with Government offices such as civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office and other agencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, Digital Survey, 2D/3D Design.
∎ Should have knowledge on MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
∎ Capability of quick learning, self-planning and decision-making.
∎ Flexibility
