Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ Telecommunication from renowned university.
∎ Preferred Qualification: Certification on CCNA may get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage different types of data and internet services.
∎ Network Installation and Maintenance.
∎ Trouble Shooting of Wifi, Network Hardware & Software.
∎ Server Installation & Configure (mail, proxy, NAT etc) under Linux & Windows.
∎ Configure Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys etc Router and Access point.
∎ Knowledge of SOHO LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP camera, IP PBX) & their installation, configuration, cabling.
∎ Strong Experience in Network Designing, Monitoring & Reporting.
∎ Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
∎ Provide Client & In-house technical Support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/ MAN/ WAN and TCP/IP Network.
∎ Working experience in ISP in similar field to apply.
∎ Ready to work both day and night shift (if/when necessary)
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines
∎ Able to lead the team as team leader.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Committed and performance driven
∎ Good command in English
∎ Presentable and ability to manage client.
