Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devoted to client network monitoring, troubleshooting and support
∎ Mostly engaged with Locally PoP wise Client Support
∎ Frequently visiting to client's premises whenever needed to solve complex support issues
∎ Install and maintain network related hardware and software.
∎ Configure and install WiFi Router, L2Switch, Server and other networking devices related to fiber and wireless.
∎ Provide support like router configuration, PC hardware and software related installation and troubleshooting etc. to the corporate customers.
∎ First level support to customers including troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Cellphone, Email setting and escalation to upper level if required.
∎ Reporting progress of task and escalating problems to the Support Manager.
∎ Understanding of LAN, WAN, Internet and Intranet systems.
∎ Understanding IPv4 and Basic Knowledge of IPv6

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP,IIG
∎ 1 year job experience in ISP ,IIG
∎ Sound Knowledge on IP subnetting, PPPoE, Hotspot, NAT, Routing, Bandwidth Management, Wireless Technology
∎ Knowledge in Wireless Technology more preferable
∎ Practical experience on handling office network or ISP Support related job.
