∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE,EEE,ETE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install & maintain the fiber network up to client end.
∎ Ensure proper technical support to all clients according to online ticketing system.
∎ Complete sight survey with report.
∎ Work with clients, vendors, and co-location site staff in performing site improvements and maintenance.
∎ Ensure that TTs are resolved or reported as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Network performance monitoring, tuning and reporting.
∎ Must be willing to work on shifts and weekends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
Salary: Negotiable
