Educational Requirements:
∎ Open to all but candidates must have strong English speaking/ writing skills since this role involves handling U.S. based customer service inquiries.

Job Context:
∎ Shift = 9 hours/day - 5 days per week (Mon-Fri & optional weekends)
∎ Hours generally range from 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls and service cloud
∎ Resolve customers problems by clarifying the complaint of the customer; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution for solving the problem; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Record the details of the phone communications with customer as per guidelines
∎ Performing internal tasks such as reminder calls, insurance review, marketplace activation, clearing cancel fees, Blocks & Ratings, Slack assistance to clients etc
∎ Gathering appropriate knowledge about Field Nation platform to answer customer queries
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Being accountable for instant communications
∎ Ensure regular office attendance and proper time management during office hours for best possible productivity.
∎ Build sustainable peer to peer relationships through open and interactive communication
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as guided
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
∎ Strong work ethic
∎ Positive, "can-do" attitude
∎ Committed to consistently work the night shift
∎ Able to work under pressure and handle tough customer situations
∎ Enjoys working in a team environment
∎ General computer skills/ knowledge
∎ Previous US-based customer service experience is a huge plus!!

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Provident fund, Gratuity Fund, 2 days off per week
