Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD or professional Certifications on Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management,Procurement
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Group of Company and Multinational Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create the company's supply chain strategy
∎ Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
∎ Evaluate and report on KPIs
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
∎ Maintain supply chain inventory and records
∎ Train and guide employees
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
∎ Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
∎ Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
∎ Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
∎ Ensuring availability target are met for Assortment, Promotion, Retail Assets in Stores/Hub/DC across categories and channels.
∎ Ensure Execution of ordering and replenishment plan by working closely with Ordering Team.
∎ Ensure Product display norms are maintained, work in collaboration to optimize the display norm while maintain inventory discipline.
∎ Manage stockholding and stock excess at stores, DC
∎ Coordinate with key stake holders to ensure right feedback is taken and given for corrective actions and timely completion of tasks
∎ Support in DC planning, work closely with the DC/Hub Picking team and engage with stakeholders in the store team to run operations smoothly.
∎ Ensuring cost effective and smooth flow (Receipt, Storage, Retrieval & Distribution) of materials.
∎ Interaction with Vendor Management team for smooth supplier inbound experience.
∎ Visit stores in the region to take feedback and improve service.
∎ Contribute to Improve processes and system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
∎ Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
∎ Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Excellent organizational and project management skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Creative problem-solving
∎ A strategic and analytical mind
∎ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
