Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate.
∎ Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, logistics, or similar field will be added as advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with factory regarding the required materials for smooth production running.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
∎ Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
∎ Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.
∎ Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).
∎ Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
∎ Well conversant with Bank companies Act, Financial institutions Act and related Bangladesh Bank guidelines, LC and Custom & Duty.
∎ Evaluate and report on KPIs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar field
∎ Strong communication skills and Creative problem-solving
∎ Excellent organizational and project management skills
∎ A strategic and analytical mind
