∎ BSc in IPE/EEE/Mechanical from any reputed university.

∎ Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems.
∎ Hands-on experience with LC.
∎ Familiarity with Customs and VAT regulations, SROs, and HS code classifications.
∎ Sound understanding of BOM and material costing.
∎ Basic understanding of global supply chain trends and risks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source suitable suppliers for different materials and components based on the effective specifications and bilateral agreement.
∎ Through Coordination with planning team ensure the availability of the raw material based on the requirements.
∎ Collect price quotations and select the best alternative bids by doing CS and also considering other criteria (like container space utilization, bilateral agreement).
∎ Coordinate with all stakeholders and follow up PR, PO, LC opening, PSI & Shipment.
∎ To coordinate with PM, QM, R&I, Process department and Supplier for Raw material quality improvement and sustainability.
∎ Coordinate with R&I and Supplier for alternate BOM material development, SKU development and technological source to optimize product BOM cost for further betterment and sustainability.
∎ Help R&I and costing department for analyzing feasibility of any new SKU and new projects providing required information.
∎ Assist commercial staffs to procure materials or components considering all available Customs and VAT SROs and suggesting HS Codes to ensure maximum customs benefits.
∎ Coordinate with WSMS for spare parts availability.
∎ Prepare budgetary report for raw material purchase and make monthly procurement report for management.
