Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet the demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and operations, to optimize inventory planning and replenishment processes.
∎ Analyze pricing strategies and trends to identify opportunities for pricing optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
∎ Conduct competitive market analysis to understand market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor pricing strategies.
∎ Recommend pricing adjustments based on market insights, cost analysis, and competitive positioning to maximize profitability.
∎ Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, sales performance, pricing, and profitability.
∎ Generate regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
∎ Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management and pricing, highlighting areas of concern or improvement opportunities.
∎ Utilize forecasting models and statistical analysis to project future inventory needs and optimize inventory replenishment strategies.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management, pricing strategies, and data analysis.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, automation, and tools to streamline inventory control and pricing activities.
∎ Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
∎ Experience with inventory management systems and pricing software is a plus.
∎ Understanding of inventory control principles, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies.
∎ Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
