Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Manufacturing and Quality

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Optimum productivity and efficiency by using work study tools.
∎ Ensure product quality by using proper process and set of manpower.
∎ Taking responsibility of Profit /Loss under his authority.
∎ Manage and control production floor by maintaining harmonious and peaceful relationship with workforce.
∎ Plan, organise and carryout manufacturing operation and coordinate these activities with other relevant department such as Manufacturing, Associate Business Unit, Central Distribution, Merchandising, Accounts, Costing, Efficiency, Product Development, Sales channel, HR etc.
∎ Achieve optimum productivity and efficiency in use of man, machine, equipment, materials and other physical assets available ad ensure production of quality product according to business requirement.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all managerial activities of such planning, organising, coordinating, production, processing, innovation, quality control, expenses control, administration etc.
∎ Performance of all above mentioned activities in a very cost effective way to ensure competitiveness in market and positive recovery in the plant.
∎ Analyse performance statement (P/L statement) of various workshops entrusted with and take corrective action if necessary.
∎ Assist in preparing yearly and seasonal production plans, annual/seasonal CAS, expense estimates, production planning and organise production according to daily plans following weekly freezing.
∎ Ensure receipt of materials from purchasing according to plan and produce and dispatch products according to complete plan.
∎ Maintain liaison with Product development, Sales and Purchasing departments to make effective plan of daily production according to weekly freezing.
∎ Ensure efficiency in material transport system within the factory floor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Vast knowledge on manufacturing.
