Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering (Refrigeration) / 2 Years trade course in related Fields.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To carry out the day to day operations and maintenance of HVAC and all utility equipment's such as cooling towers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, AHU etc.
∎ To carry out predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance and execution.
∎ To work as team member of the maintenance team & involve in the problem-solving activities.
∎ Follow the instruction of HVAC system Design- Cooling load calculation, equipment selection, duct design, pipe line design, control system design.
∎ Absorption Chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower, Exhaust Systems, Air Compressor installation and commissioning.
∎ To do utility operations & maintenance, monitoring & controlling, downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
∎ To ensure compliance with company's ISO procedures.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by senior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with "Vapor Absorption Chiller"
