Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in related fields.
∎ Trade Certificate Holders from recognized institutions with necessary experiences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervision of all construction/developments works of the company by staying full time at sites.
∎ Reporting about the materials availability at the site, quality of materials and forecast the material requirement accordingly or depending upon the needs.
∎ Maintain the lists of site staff, contractors' staff and other suppliers.
∎ Daily Reporting of executed works, next-days works program and needs of all material and all other supports through the site engineers.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age will be relaxed in case of skilled/experienced persons/ Ex-Army person.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure/ under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
