Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture from any recognized institutions.
∎ Skills Required: Architectural Drafting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of doing all type of Architectural and Structural Working Drawings, Auto CAD Drawings, 3D Modelling and Renderings.
∎ Good Knowledge of create/modify all type of architectural works.
∎ Responsible for taking Site Measurements,
∎ Assist in the preparation of Estimate, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) etc.
∎ Familiar with Bangladesh National Building Codes (BNBC) and other Building by-laws.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy must.
∎ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up,
∎ Photoshop, 3DS MAX, Etc.
∎ Able to work with deadline and under pressure.
