Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering (Civil) from any recognized University or Diploma in related fields with necessary experiences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for assisting in all sorts of technical estimation, budgeting, purchase requisition (PR), procurements, resource management, preparation of tender notice or quotations etc as per requirement and as and when needed.
∎ Monitoring the material availability, quality and checking at various site and forecast the material requirement both including quality & quantity accordingly or depending upon the needs.
∎ Analysis of rates in tenders/quotations and assisting in contractor/vendor selections.
∎ Preparation of payment sheet, works record sheet with supply chain management.
∎ Checking the bill of material (BOM), bill of quantity (BOQ), competitive prices, quality, work schedule and bills, vouchers etc. of contractors/vendors.
∎ Maintain the lists of quality suppliers/vendors for all construction materials.
∎ Monitoring Daily and Monthly Program of all sorts of works and procurements and reporting through the allied team leader/Project Coordinator/Head of Constructions.
∎ Site supervisions and monitoring construction safety and standards at different sites.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy a must. Skills Required: Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Experiences on Procurement Supply Chain and Delivery.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure/ under pressure.
