∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CCTV Maintaining, Electric Repairing, Plumbig, site supervision, Tree Plantation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Event Management, Party/ Community Center, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observe the cleaning service all over common areas.
∎ Take care of gardening & Tree plantation.
∎ Receive customer complaints & take necessary actions.
∎ Perform basic plumbing & electro-mechanical repairs as required.
∎ Take care BMS, CCTV, PA system, Protection & delectation system.
∎ Align with accounts to collect utility charges .
∎ Follow up safety & hygiene guidelines.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
