∎ Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
∎ Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
∎ Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
∎ Perform receptionist duties when needed
