Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance and Repairing of different types of electrical & mechanical module/machine.
∎ Perform day to day shift activities (Check list, Pending Jobs, Condition Monitoring etc.) and keep the plant operations.
∎ Ensure regular maintenance of Gear Box, Hydraulic system, TMT Box, Pyrometer system & Overhead Crane etc. machineries.
∎ Undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of resources require for production.
∎ Implement the necessary measures to improve the production and quality.
∎ Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records (shift log book) as standard.
∎ Attend to electrical breakdown in the shift on priority basis.
∎ Shift manpower management (assign jobs & follow up, motivation, onsite training etc.)
∎ Modify and improve the electrical parts and arrange them in a good manner.
∎ Trouble shooting of critical problems
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03-04 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Office.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel Factory; Wire Drawing, Auto Nut Bolt Making, Bright Bar, Wire Rod Block Mill, Rolling Mill & Section Mill.
