Responsibilities & Context:
∎ National Contracting Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Rezayat Group, is a well- established mature organization of almost 50 years of age that specializes in engineering, procurement and construction activities in the power, transmission & distribution and construction sectors.
∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Substation Electrician to join our dynamic team at NCC of Rezayat Group.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work with specific expertise in substation maintenance and operations.
∎ Educational qualification - Industrial School education / or at least good experience 10 – 20 years.
∎ Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical substations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in substations.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of substation equipment.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Age: 20 - 40 years.
∎ High School Diploma or ITI Electrician Course.
∎ Must have relevant experience in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.
∎ Strong knowledge of electrical systems and substation operations.
∎ Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Good physical condition and ability to work in various weather conditions.
∎ Preferred Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
