Responsibilities & Context:
∎ On-site construction management of road subgrade filling and excavation.
∎ Covering tasks such as construction process control, equipment allocation, and personnel organization to ensure the smooth progress of subgrade construction.
∎ Have more than 5 years of on-site road subgrade filling construction management experience.
∎ Be familiar with the functions of relevant machinery and equipment for road subgrade filling and excavation, such as excavators, road rollers, graders, and bulldozers etc.
∎ Be able to independently manage, allocate equipment, and organize construction according to the construction plan.
∎ Be able to understand subgrade cross-section drawings proficiently.
∎ Have Good English Communication Skills; no restrictions on educational background.

∎ Salary and Benefits:
∎ The monthly salary ranges from BDT30,000 to BDT35,000.
∎ There is a one-month probationary period, during which the salary is 50% of the full-time salary, that is, 15,000-17,500 Taka. After passing the probationary period, the remaining 50% of the probationary salary will be paid retroactively.
∎ After becoming a regular employee, the salary consists of a basic salary and a performance-related salary. The basic salary accounts for 60% of the monthly salary, that is, 18,000-21,000 Taka; the performance - related salary is calculated based on 40% of the monthly salary, that is, 12,000-14,000 Taka, and is calculated according to the proportion of tasks completed, with no upper limit, i.e. if the performance is satisfactory, performance-related salary can be more than 100% of 40% of monthly salary.
