Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Responsible for ensuring targeted production keeping the product quality as set.
∎ 02. Monitoring all kinds of equipment very carefully for trouble frees operation.
∎ 03. Ensuring safety of manpower & machine.
∎ 04. Responsible for reducing wastage of raw materials as well as cement.
∎ 05. Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble free operation.
∎ 06. Responsible for raw materials receive and mixing in proper way.
∎ 07.Work description should be keep record in shift resister.
∎ 08.When any machine stopped due to any abnormal condition, instant fiend out that fault and take necessary action.
∎ 09.When cement sheet machine or another group machine are stopped they are thoroughly checked for all mechanical equipments.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
