Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement, and maintain electrical systems for machinery and equipment used in the biscuit production process
∎ Ensure that all electrical systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, Inspecting work sites to ensure safety standards are being met.
∎ Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial, or industrial settings
∎ Work with a variety of electrical components, such as wiring, fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and inverters
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential problems before they lead to equipment failures
∎ Interpret and follow electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical wiring and components.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices and diagnostic equipment.
∎ Determine the root cause of electrical malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
∎ Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency in electrical systems to reduce operational costs Implement measures such as variable speed drives, energy-efficient lighting, and power factor correction to optimize energy consumption
∎ Work on instrumentation and control systems to monitor and regulate various processes in the production facility
∎ Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the production process
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of electrical systems, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance records.
∎ Provide training to maintenance and production staff on the safe and proper use of electrical systems.

∎ We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sub Assistant Engineer - Electrical to our food factory, to implement, and maintain the electrical systems within our biscuit production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems comply with safety standards, optimize performance, and support the continuous improvement of operational efficiency.Job Responsibilities:
