Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods efficiently.
∎ Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
∎ Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular audits, cycle counts, and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
∎ Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all team members.
∎ Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve overall efficiency.
∎ Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, and generate relevant reports for management.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations.
∎ Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise in a timely manner.
∎ Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in warehouse management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A diploma in Supply Chain will be a plus.
∎ Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse operations, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
∎ Strong leadership, team management skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Familiarity with warehouse management software/systems, ERP/SAP.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
∎ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proactive approach and can-do attitude as well as good housekeeping.
