Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed polytechnic institute.
∎ Skills Required: AUTO CAD and Solid Works, Structural Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AUTO CAD and Solid Works, Designing, Mechanical Design, Plastic Mold and Sheet Metal Die Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product design with CAD Software like Solid Works.
∎ To read / understand drawings (2D and 3D), parts lists and constructions (design verification).
∎ To inspect plastic part design and injection Mold.
∎ To work on Sheet metal and metal dies.
∎ To optimize existing products and processes.
∎ Assembly, dismantle sample unit and develop new prototype.
∎ Performance and reliability checking as per standard.
∎ To create different documents related to Manufacturing
∎ To calculate weight and material requirements for structural parts.
∎ To develop BOM/ BOQ according to design & drawing.
∎ To development of Jig & Fixture as per guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Professional experience in CAD.
∎ Sound knowledge on metal and plastic properties.
∎ Candidate must have his portfolio.
∎ Candidates must bring color print of his design & drawing done with CAD software.
∎ Work experience in CAD & CAM will be preferable.
∎ Self responsibility to do complete work within timeline.
∎ Confident appearance and strong communication skills.
