Additional Requirements:
∎ 1. Flexible to Day/Night duty. 2. Experience in Refrigerator QC will be an added advantage. 3. Positive Attitude and good communication skill. 4. Must have Computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel, Mail).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Ensuring Quality of various SFG parts, Sheet Metal, all metallurgical item etc. to ensure reliability and maintaining SOP in Refrigerator Manufacturing process. 2. To do daily in line QC fault accumulation and analysis. 3. To prepare pending list of parts of QC fault products. 4. Prepare & analysis of QC report in hourly basis. 5. Cause Analysis of Defective Parts/Products. 6. Perform all over technical tests (Cross cut test, drop ball test, fragmentation test, chemical test, color lab value etc.). 7. Maintain 5S on the floor.
