Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Chemical engineering from reputed polytechnic Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Color Coating Line, Paint and Powder Coating
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Supervising the total AC sheet metal powder coating section.
∎ Apply paints on metal sheets, structures, machines etc.
∎ Examine and maintain painted exterior and interior surfaces.
∎ Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, shading stains and clear finishes.
∎ Remove previous paint by sandblasting, scraping, sanding, hydro-blasting, and steam cleaning.
∎ Manpower analysis and monitoring.
∎ Cost optimization.
∎ Develop work process.
∎ Provide training to the subordinates.
∎ Daily report to higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Painting/Powder coating painting line in any others company.
∎ Coating related testing knowledge.
∎ Expertise in reporting in excel as well as need high computer skill.
∎ Proper knowledge & skill on 5s, skill matrix.
Salary: Negotiable
