∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Previous experience in Mechanical process engineering in a manufacturing environment will get preference.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have knowledge about BOM.
∎ Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5S Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform capacity study, time study & method study.
∎ To ensure productivity analysis & efficiency improvement work.
∎ Bottleneck analysis of Assembly Line and Manufacturing section.
∎ Process development support for Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance products like: Blender, Mixer Grinder, Blender motor, Cookware, Pressure Cooker, Electric Kettle etc.
∎ Machine installation and trial production for Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance products.
∎ CTP audit of Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance products assembly line.
∎ Documents generation (Repair SOP, rework SOP, product handling SOP, new product SOP, machine SOP)
