Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of sub-station and farm equipment.
∎ Execute electrical wiring and construct control panels for TP motors and SP motors.
∎ Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize machinery downtime.
∎ Enhance equipment longevity by optimizing overall machine efficiency.
∎ Process diverse requisitions, verify and consolidate equipment and spare parts for procurement.
∎ Provide comprehensive training to all farm technicians for improved performance.
