Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute all tasks to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems at NinaKabbo, Corporate Office of Epyllion Group.
∎ Participate in all electrical maintenance works (power generation, power distribution, fire detection system, pumps, solar system, data and transmission service, PA System etc.) at NinaKabbo, KJR, Uttara Apartment, Director’s house, Nobigonj village house and any others buildings assigned by management.
∎ Monitor operation of VCB, AVR, transformer, ACBs, BBT, load change over switch, electrical controlling panel of booster pump, electrical panel of chiller, deep pump, auto car parking systems, fire alarm and control panel, BMS server PC, water fountain electrical panel etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with mechanical and civil team with all related works of projects and maintenance related activities at NinaKabbo, KJR, Uttara Apartment, Director’s house, Nobigonj village house, etc.
∎ Participate in troubleshooting of the electrical works (lighting, electrical distribution boards, electrical cable, UPS, AC, Generator, CCTV etc.) at Sailor outlets.
∎ Perform all types of yearly maintenance of NinaKabbo and other residential buildings.
∎ Ensure and manage compliance and safety standards while executing works at sites and reduce safety issues or incidents to zero.
