Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solving any interior related problems that arises at factory
∎ Ensure budget according to civil maintenance works & Drawing- Design
∎ Ensure regular inspection and monitoring civil activities of the factory
∎ Ensure completion of the project works within the master budget as per time schedule
∎ Ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level
∎ Ensure bill of the constructors & facilitate timely payment
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment’s & other assets of the company allotted for the project
∎ Engaging sub-contractor/ civil worker for maintenance works
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Do other duties as assigned

∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have sound communication skill
