∎ Diploma in Refrigeration & Air conditioning.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute preventive maintenance, in coordination with production, for all equipment, technical fittings, chiller, freezers, utility and production machineries of the Head office & Retails shop
∎ Execute breakdown maintenance for all equipment, technical fittings, chiller, freezers, utility and production machineries of the Head office & Retails shop
∎ Execute daily routine check of all refrigeration system in the cold chain so that required temperature can be maintained.
∎ Execute daily routine check to ensure operational all production and associate machineries in the production floor
∎ Supervise the work and performance of the other maintenance staff and also maintain discipline within the team
∎ Implement workplace safety policies and standards
∎ update necessary records and documents to comply with ISO requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Knowledge of the SOPs, materials, tools, and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of production machineries and cold chain and refrigeration machineries.
∎ Working knowledge is of all applicable codes, safety precautions, and methods of installation and repair, ISO, HACCP, Food safety, GMP
