∎ At least 3 year(s)

Civil Construction, Civil Project Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the Implementation of all civil and other works by monitoring, supervision as per Architectural & structural design and specification.
∎ To co-ordinate with respective work supervisor to deal with the right way.
∎ To follow up the project materials, pre-estimation of project & cost analysis.
∎ To prepare & follow-up material indent as per the requirement.
∎ To receive materials by ensuring the standard quality.
∎ To ensure time schedule & quality of civil maintenance work.
∎ To co-ordinate with team members for smooth work as per design specification.
∎ To prepare schedule & monitor Daily labor work.
∎ To identify new patchwork identification & proposed decision and to take approval from concern supervisor.
∎ To ensure the safety of the worker.
∎ To maintain the civil works record keeping.
∎ To ensure the bill checking of the contractor.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge about construction equipment and spare parts.
∎ Creativity and analytical skills.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail.
∎ Ready to work long hours at the factory.
