∎ Diploma in Architecture in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Architect Head on Design preparation and drawings of Architectural and interior project implementation including space planning, proposal drawings, working drawings and 3D perspective for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
∎ Must be able to do 3D modeling and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp/V-Ray/3D Studio Max. Experience with Revit Architecture will be given preference.
∎ Supervision and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), specifications and cost proposal for both building and interior design projects.
∎ Preparation of Technical presentation and financial bid proposal as per client requirement.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant/client, taking measurement from project sites, meetings & design presentation as well as attending technical meetings with clients.
∎ Guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction sites and make the teamwork effective and successful.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Total work experience at least 10 years (Compulsory).
∎ Experience in Construction/Engineering field at least 7 years (Compulsory).
∎ Must have experience of working in at least three (02) Building construction projects (Compulsory).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (In English)
∎ Experience of working in a foreign company (Japanese) will get preference.
