Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Professional Certification in Project Management shall be treated as a plus point
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
∎ Handle project administration, including cost control and schedule control.
∎ Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide timelines, progress, and adjustments reports.
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other workers and contain the capacity to be aware of the progress of the project.
∎ Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
∎ Collaborate with and lead teams consisting of engineers and architects to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
∎ Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

∎ Must have at least 20 years of experience.
∎ Minimum 10 years of work experience in similar/ equivalent position.
∎ Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, public relationship management skills.
∎ Ability to maintain and bridge the Perspective Gap among the team.
∎ Capacity to handle multiple works simultaneously.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
