∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Strong analytical ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs. Proficiency in using online CRM Educational portal, agreement and partnership with foreign universities and study agent portal and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge of Bangladeshi student needs and challenges in related to studying abroad. Fluency in English in written and spoken.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert guidance to students and parents on study abroad opportunities, including country selection, course recommendations, and university choices.
∎ Assist students with application procedures, visa processing, accommodation, and pre-departure preparations.
∎ Ensure all admission and visa documentation is completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
∎ Proven track record and maintain up-to-date knowledge of education systems, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies handling student file processing for key destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other popular destination).
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions abroad. Conduct seminars, workshops, and one-on-one counseling sessions to educate students about study abroad options.
∎ Maintain a systematic database of student applications, follow-ups, and success rates. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
∎ Experience in student counseling for abroad education, preferably in consultancy firms, immigration services, or education advisory.
∎ Familiarity with visa procedures, admission requirements, and university application processes for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs.
