Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Counselor (Australia & New Zealand) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to students and parents, manage the end-to-end admission process, and ensure students have a smooth journey from application to visa success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on study options, entry requirements, and visa processes for European dstinations.

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and pathways.

• Support students with application preparation, documentation, SOPs, and interview readiness.

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

• Represent StudyMax Global at education fairs, workshops, and promotional events.

• Stay updated with immigration policies, scholarships, and admission criteria.

• Maintain accurate student records and consistently meet monthly enrollment targets.
