Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and their families regarding study abroad options, including university selection, program choices, admission requirements, and career pathways in various countries.
∎ Guide students through the entire admission process, from application submission and documentation to interview preparation and visa procedures.
∎ Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and admission requirements for different countries and educational institutions.
∎ Assist students with preparing essential documents, such as Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, and financial statements.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions, applications, and progress.
∎ Conduct informational sessions, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with international universities, colleges, and relevant organizations to facilitate admission and visa processes.
∎ Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.9Contribute to the company's marketing and recruitment efforts
∎ Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal & Written)
∎ In depth knowledge about international education system and admission process
∎ Familiarly with vis and immigration procedure for versus countries (e.g, Canada, Australia, UK,USA, Europe, New Zealand)
∎ familiarly with Tourist visa procedure for Versus countries (e.g, US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European and other Countries
